The Town Planning Commission meets on the first Thursday of every month. Meetings start at 7 pm at the Town Hall. Any new development, rezones, or CSM's must be first brought before this commission, then to the Town Board. The cost of viewing a plat is $100 and to view a CSM is $20. Make checks payable to the Town of Little Suamico. Please contact the Clerk to be placed on the agenda. MUST CALL BY THE 22ND OF THE MONTH BEFORE THE MEETING.
