PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Before the Town of Little Suamico Plan Commission

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Little Suamico Town Hall, 5964-A County Rd S, Sobieski, WI 54171, the Town of Little Suamico Plan Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering amendments to its Land Division Ordinance as follows:

The proposed amendments result in modifications to the ordinance text which address various requirements of WI Act 68, and other technical corrections which includes changes to:

Section 1.3 Purpose and Intent

Section 1.11 Development Agreements

Section 2.2 Fees

Section 2.5 Land Dedication and Fees-in-Lieu

Section 2.7 Construction Plans

Section 3.2 Procedure – Certified Survey Map

Section 4.3 Procedure – Preliminary Plat

Section 4.4 Procedure – Final Plat

Section 4.5  Recordation

Copies of the proposed amendments are available by contacting the Town Clerk/Treasurer.

The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to appear in person or by agent and be heard.
